What happens when I miss a check-in?

Nothing dramatic. After the 24-hour window passes, the people you've invited get a quiet notification — no alarms, no location, just a nudge to check on you.

How do I delete my account and my data?

Open Settings in the app and delete your account there. It removes your account and all data stored on the server.

A notification didn't arrive — what can I check?

First make sure notifications are allowed for LifeSignal in the iOS Settings. Daily reminders are scheduled on your device; alerts to your observers need a connection. Still stuck? Use the form below.
